Feeding Atlanta

Providing Fresh & Nutritious
Food For Our Community

Feeding Atlanta is Caring For Others’ response to the growing food insecurity crisis in our city. With 1 in 4 children in Atlanta struggling with hunger and 1 in 5 families unsure of where their next meal will come from, we are committed to making a difference. Feeding Atlanta provides free, nutritious food and groceries to families in need. Our goal is to fight poverty and hunger in our city, ensuring that no family goes hungry. We will continue to work tirelessly to end hunger in Atlanta.

International Poverty Forum

Bringing Together the Brightest Minds to Turn Ideas Into Action to End Poverty

The International Poverty Forum (IPF) is a dynamic “think tank” composed of the best and brightest minds dedicated to addressing global poverty. This solutions-driven forum turns ideas into action in six key focus areas: food insecurity, clothing insecurity, shelter & homelessness, education, physical & mental health, and employment & financial stability. By disrupting the poverty ecosystem and providing essential aid, the IPF contributes to the global fight against poverty. Putting Your Best Foot Forward

No man, woman, or child should have to go without shoes. For over a decade, the No Bare Soles program has been dedicated to providing thousands of pairs of shoes to children and families in need. By giving away brand new shoes, we not only provide essential footwear but also raise awareness about the issue of poverty. Our volunteers assist in finding the perfect pair of shoes while gathering clothes and other supplies for their families. The annual No Bare Soles shoe distribution is just one of the ways we contribute to alleviating poverty in Metro Atlanta and around the world.

All Hands Mission Disaster Relief

A Helping Hand When Disaster Strikes

Caring For Others spearheaded the formation of a coalition of local companies called the All Hands Mission. This partnership aims to provide immediate aid, relief, and comfort to areas severely impacted by catastrophic natural disasters across the U.S. Within days of calamity striking, the Convoy of Care delivers much-needed necessities such as food, water, clothing, and personal items to affected communities. Established in partnership with the Georgia Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, Caring For Others continues to lead the group in providing immediate aid and relief to areas severely impacted by natural disasters both internationally and across the United States.

1st Impression

Ensuring Our Students Show Up In Style

The 1st Impression program focuses on providing new brand-name business attire to students at Metro Atlanta colleges and universities. Recognizing that college students often face budget constraints, we aim to support their career aspirations by ensuring they have the appropriate attire for interviews and business occasions. The program helps students look the part as they enter the boardroom or the courtroom. By providing new clothing, we make a difference in the lives of college students, helping them reach their career goals.
